An NDIS review consists of scheduling a time for a parent only session with your child’s therapist and additional time for report writing. Once the report is complete and payment received, it will be emailed through to you. We recommend booking NDIS reviews in as soon as you know when you your NDIS meeting is. This is to allow time for it to be completed and sent to you prior to the meeting. A minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required.
-
If we are offering a group your child is interested in, please speak with our friendly reception staff. We will gather some basic information and arrange a time for your child to attend a trial session to establish suitability.

Report turnaround time does vary. This is due to many factors such as report request type, diary availability, any additional information that may be required, third-party input, assessment type, etc. For a standard NDIS review report, we generally allow 2-4 weeks, for assessments it is usually between 4-6 weeks.
-
Our therapist can attend Team Care Meetings for their clients, if their diary permits. To arrange Team Care Meetings, we do need a third-party consent form completed for each external attendee. Team Care Meetings attended by Bright FACES therapists, will be charged accordingly.
-
All therapy provided from Bright FACES staff is done so in our clinic, located at 3/21 Reserve Road Melton or via Zoom (where suitable). We do offer once off observations for ongoing clients, if required.
-
We offer all session between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday- 4pm being the last session.
-
